Landscape Foreman/Team Leader

Wilson Lloyd Garden Builders require a dedicated, hardworking, intelligent professional to join our team.

We are looking for a Team Leader who will have the overarching on-site control of their garden project. Working directly with a Landscape Director, the successful candidate will have a positive ‘can do’ attitude and be able to lead, organise and motivate your team to deliver high end gardens for our clients in North London and the surrounding areas. You will have a keen eye for detail and a proven track record in all aspects of landscape construction. As the first point of contact with the client, you will have good communication skills and a professional and approachable manner at all times. You will be flexible, hardworking and enjoy the challenge that comes with creating beautiful gardens.
