WHO WE ARE

The Outdoor Room is a landscape design and build company established in 1995 and based near Rusper, Surrey. Over the years we’ve created a company that people can associate with outstanding gardens along with great customer service.

All of our design, construction and maintenance teams are built of dedicated, supportive, and engaged people who are self-motivated and focused on creating fantastic quality workmanship and client care.

We are looking towards adding to our team to further build upon our outstanding reputation for delivering excellence.

We are seeking experienced and preferably qualified landscape team leaders and trainee landscape operatives who take pride in their work, have a positive mindset to work as a team player and have skills that will lead you to progress within the company.

We expect all our team members to maintain great relationships, not only within the company, but also with our clients, designers and architects.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

The Outdoor Room is offering positions as:

a professional landscape team leader/foreman. Must be highly skilled in both hard and soft landscaping with a focus on motivating their team and helping them develop.
professional landscape gardeners. Must be highly skilled in both hard and soft landscaping.
trainee landscape gardeners. Must have enthusiasm to learn all aspects of the landscape construction industry, including both hard and soft landscaping.

The skills and communication you bring to the company are vital and it’s important to us that our staff are greatly valued.

Driving is essential.

Salary £20,000.00 – £40,000.00

Your salary will be dependant on your skill level, experience and references.

Hours are 7.30am – 4-30pm on site, Monday to Friday with two 30 minute breaks.

If over 25, there may be an opportunity for you to use a company vehicle, however you must be in possession of a full clean driving licence.
