Andrew Mellowes joins Burpee Europe as Commercial Director

Burpee Europe is pleased to announce that Andrew Mellowes has joined them as Commercial Director.

Andrew has been working in the garden industry most recently as General Manager at Woodlodge Products Ltd.

Andrew’s appointment with Burpee coincides with the company’s move to its new offices in Pocklington.

Andrew said, “This is an exciting time to be joining Burpee Europe, not only with the new premises, but also as an unrivalled list of new and exciting product additions are added to the already comprehensive range“.

Andrew will be joining Burpee Europe to develop new tasty, disease-resistant vegetables and fruit, as well as stunning blooms, to be grown by gardeners around the world.  He and the team will continue to encourage the cultivation of gardens by individuals and communities but also to communicate the benefits, both physical and mental, of gardening.
