Gardeners
These positions are on the Gardening/Estate Maintenance side of the business, for individuals with some previous experience in the Gardening industry and who want to progress their skills in the Gardening and Horticultural Industry.
Positions:
– Experienced Gardener
– Gardening Team Manager
The working responsibilities/skills would include, but are not limited to:
Border Maintenance (with a good knowledge of plant recognition and care).
Lawn Maintenance (grass cutting, fertilising, renovating etc).
Hedge Trimming (ornate and regular).
All aspects of horticulture (specialised and more general).
Garden clearance and seasonal work.
Sweeping, leaf blowing, maintenance of hard surfaces and furniture within the gardens.
Specialised pruning, trimming and training of plants.
To undertake the maintenance / cleaning of water features and irrigation systems
To be proficient in the safe operation of machinery subject to training.

The position would be working alongside current Teams in various beautiful gardens and Country Estates.
Excellent progression routes available through in-house and onsite training and recognised qualifications / accredited courses.
Salary:
Negotiable depending on experience
