Homegrown success for Leyland landscaping company: A Leyland based landscaping and grounds maintenance company is celebrating 25 years of business with a series of investments.

Alben Landscapes, which provides a variety of commercial landscaping and grounds maintenance services to businesses, public sector clients and educational establishments across the North West, was founded by Managing Director Ben Ashworth in 1999.

Since then, seven family members have come on board to make the business a real family affair.

The business is planning a programme of investment including the introduction of a new customer portal, additional services, staff training and further investment on environmentally friendly equipment.

From its first employee to its current 50 strong team, the company has enjoyed continuous growth.

Ben Ashworth, founder and Managing Director, is looking forward to marking 25 years in business.

He said: “Reflecting on 25 years of perseverance, innovation and growth I am extremely proud to see the company hit this momentous milestone.

“It has been an exciting journey that has required a lot of hard work, but it has been more than worth it.

“I would like to thank our dedicated team, loyal customers and supportive partners and suppliers for being at the heart of our success.
