Mature, award-winning, garden design, construction, and maintenance company of 25 years, based in Cranleigh, Surrey, seeking a classy, hard landscape foreman.

 

No scruffs or bums considered.

Must be experienced, highly skilled and very good with your hands.

Full-service history not necessary but you must be ‘run in’, ‘ready for work’ and considered a ‘good workhorse’.

 

An obsessive eye for detail is required, along with being good at managing and communicating with designers, clients, staff, and management. If you find that any of those are an annoyance or pain in the arse it is best not to apply.

Exceeding our client’s expectations, delighting designers, and carrying out fantastic work is our focus so, if that’s going to be a problem it is best not to apply.

 

Good sense of humour, honesty, and positivity a must.

Your hard work will be rewarded with monthly payment and a holiday allowance.

A Colin the Caterpillar cake and four pack of Tennent’s Super Strength is awarded for reaching every birthday. No candles on the cake though, as we have not updated our risk assessment. If this is a deal breaker, we might be able to get hold of something battery-operated.
