STIGA donates to Bloomin Well CIC: The STIGA team are proud to announce that they have donated a number of products to Bloomin Well CIC through their ‘We Care That You Care’ campaign!

Bloomin Well CIC is a community interest company based in Clophill, Bedfordshire, dedicated to providing social and therapeutic horticultural (STH) activities. This is a place where people can find solace and improvement through horticulture.

Their programs encompass general maintenance, sowing, planting, and selling products grown on 1.5 acres of agricultural land, serving adults with learning disabilities, mental health challenges, and those who are neurodivergent (including autism, Asperger’s, and ADHD). Their mission is to enhance the wellbeing of individuals who are isolated, disadvantaged, or vulnerable.

Bev Hall, Manager and Director at Bloomin Well CIC, said, “We’re beyond excited to announce that Bloomin’ Well has been one of the lucky recipients of STIGA’s power tools! These tools are already making a huge difference, enabling us to work more efficiently and helping our participants engage more easily in the garden.” Bev continues, “As a small non-profit, this support means the world to us. These tools will help us expand our social and therapeutic horticultural activities, allowing us to provide even more support to adults with learning disabilities, mental health challenges, and neurodivergent conditions.A huge thank you to STIGA for their generosity—we’re so appreciative of this fantastic opportunity to improve and grow our services!.”

The ‘We Care, That You Care’ campaign embodies the STIGA passion for nature and the pledge towards a more sustainable future.  The goal? To support 90 community garden groups throughout the UK, honouring each year of the 90th anniversary, by empowering others with innovative, sustainable garden products.

How to get involved

If you are responsible for any non-profit, community group or charity that looks after a green space and would like to receive products from STIGA’s innovative, sustainable garden product range…for free, then simply register on the wecare.stigauk.com website.

The STIGA judging panel will assess your application along with your social engagement tokens. You will be notified if you are successful, stating the free products that will be donated to your community group.
