The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated landscaper—someone who has either run their own business before or is eager to channel their passion for landscaping into our team.

What We’re Looking For

You must hold yourself to the highest standards, with meticulous attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and a methodical approach to your work. Strong communication skills are essential, as you’ll be working closely with both team members and clients.

We expect you to demonstrate proven experience, precision, and quality in all aspects of residential and commercial landscaping, including (but not limited to):

• Porcelain and natural stone paving
• Block and resin driveways
• Building pergolas and outbuildings
• Constructing raised beds
• Composite and timber decking
• Outdoor kitchens
• Brick and block laying

If you lack experience in certain areas, a willingness and ability to learn quickly is essential.

Skills & Requirements

• Competence with all necessary landscaping machinery and tools
• Proven experience operating diggers (essential)
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Commitment to delivering outstanding craftsmanship

Compensation

Pay will be based on experience and ability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £180.00-£220.00 per day

Experience:

• Paving and digger operating: 2 years (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 75% (preferred)

Work Location: On the road
