Landscape Operative

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Perennial Landscapes as a Landscape Operative!

We are looking for an experienced individuals in soft landscaping to join our growing business.

We provide landscaping, fencing and minor groundwork to organisations throughout the midlands and wider country.

About The Role

• Work within a team undertaking work throughout the Midlands and throughout England. You may on occasion work on the Grounds Maintenance division.

You will be responsible for the following services:

Turfing
Planting
Tree Planting
Seeding
Membrane and bark installation
Occasional hard landscaping tasks
Occasional grounds maintenance tasks
All associated landscape works
Maintenance of machinery used

You will be responsible for ensuring work is completed to the expected standards in line with the timeframe agreements.

Communicate well with stakeholders to provide an excellent service and professional standards.

Requirements

Essential –
• Valid CSCS or LISS card
• 2years Landscaping experience
• Able to commute to our yard and office base.

Preferred –
• CPCS or NPORS tractor qualification
• SSSTS
• Full Driving licence
• Relevant training certifications
